Born and raised on Chicago’s West Side, Kanisha is a passionate entrepreneur with 5+ years in the beauty industry. She opened a beauty supply store early in her career and — after the shop closed — kept serving her clients through a direct on-demand delivery model, which inspired this business concept.

While developing her idea she partnered with Larry’s Barber College, managing product inventory and helping with product launches. Those experiences, together with the relationships and knowledge she gained running a store and providing on-demand service, are the foundation of the business’s success today.
